Printers and Scanning
Student-accessible printers are available in all of the computer labs and computer classrooms on campus.
Additional student-accessible printers are located in:
Hewes Library (first floor)
Huff Athletic Center (reception desk)
Mellinger Learning Center (3rd floor)
Austin Hall (main level)
International House
Weeks House (2nd floor)
Mobility Print Setup (NOTE: Campus owned devices need to enter a ticket for installation.)
1. In a browser and type the URL https://print.monmouthcollege.edu/setup
2. Click on download button
3. Open the downloaded file (Downloaded file will be at upper right corner) and double click on it.
4. Choose English and click OK.
5. Accept the license Agreement & click on next
6. It will show the available printer locations, select the printer(s) you want to add and click on next.
7. The installation Process is completed, click on finish.
8. Please test your ability to print. Navigate to a document you want to print, press (Ctrl+P), and your system should automatically display the selected printer(s) and you can print the document.

Mobility Print Setup (NOTE: Campus owned devices need to enter a ticket for installation.)

4. Choose English and click OK.

Scan to Email or USB on Kyocera Copiers
For to scan to email, follow the steps below and the on-screen prompts
1. Log into the copier
2. Choose the Send icon:
3. Carefully follow the on-screen instructions to send the document(s) you will scan in the next step to the appropriate email address.
4. Depending on which copier you are using, hit OK or Start.
For to scan to USB.
Plese follow the on-screen prompts and select either “Removable Memory” or USB Drive, depending on the type of copier you are using.
Turn Off Duplex Printing for a Single Print Job
- In a MS Office program (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.), on the File tab, click Print.
- Under Pages, click the Print on Both Sides down arrow and select Print One Sided.
- Print the document.
Turn Off Duplex Printing for All Print Job
- Click the Start button and select Devices and Printers on the right.
- Right-click the printer or copier for which you want to turn off duplex printing and select Printing Preferences.
- On the Finishing tab (for HP printers) or the Basic tab (for Kyocera copiers), uncheck Print on both sides.
- Click OK.
