If you’re a faculty or staff member who’s experiencing an issue with your computer, printer, classroom equipment, etc., then the best way to receive support is contact the 24/7 Helpdesk at 309-457-2106 or helpdesk@monmouthcollege.edu.
Or you can always stop by during regular business hours, 11am to 1pm, M-F. (Watch for the “Sorry we missed you” sign for meetings and lunches.) We are located in the lower level of Hewes Library, within the IT Suite,

This Information Services site has many guides in the Get Help section to the left that provide step-by-step instructions for performing common tasks in programs such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
